Underground Residential Distribution URD or Low Voltage LV plastic electrical pillar boxes are also known as turrets or greenboys and are the most common type of pillar box used in Australia today as private pillars and by energy authorities. Green electrical pillar boxes and beige pillar boxes are available in either a vented or non-vented option. Venting allows for air circulation which reduces internal temperatures. All pillar boxes are manufactured from UV stabilized material. The latest addition is our PPBNF1 series which is available with no door and also 1 or 2 door versions. The matching internal panel is an impressive 700mm high x 420mm wide.
