Tall green vented plastic pillar
This style of pillar is the most widely used in Australia for Underground Residential Distribution (URD) and made to meet the standards required by Energy Authorities. Pillars are also known as turrets or greenboys.
The 540mm high pillar is mounted to a base using special tool operated bolts and the base is normally part buried in the ground. A range of optional internal panels are available to suit.
N.B. This pillar is also available in beige which is often used for communication equipment installations.
